We promise perfect golf weather, any day, any time, on any of our world class courses.  UDL features state of the art HD Golf simulators that allows the golfer to experience playing some of the top golf courses from around the world.  The simulators use thousands of digital photographs that simulate your actual shots, from drives to irons to chipping and putting.

Fully Licensed

Up and Down Lounge Indoor Golf is a fully licensed, fully staffed golf facility that offers the best in golf simulation.  Featuring 4 state of the art golf simulators, we have 36 courses to choose from and a variety of range options to select from.

Parties

Up and Down Lounge is available for special functions and parties for both corporate and personal needs.  Open 7 days a week, it is the perfect venue to host a round with friends, a corporate event or if you just want to work on your game!  We can host up to 300 people for stag and doe's, stags, birthday parties, Christmas parties etc.  Reach out to info@upanddownlounge.com for all the details.

How To Join "The Fall Golf League"

Step 1: Create an account on our league page if you don't already have one https://udl.hdgolf.com

Step 2; Sign into https://udl.hdgolf.com with your account

Step 3: Click on the hamburger button in the top left of the page

Step 4: Click on Leagues

Step 5: Join League

Step 6:  UDL Men's 2025 Fall League 

Step 7: Join


You will now be registered for the league
